- 1. Registration
Registration will be accepted only through the official website.
The participation fee applies per participant. Each registration allows only one individual to attend the conference.
- 2. Accuracy of Information
Participants must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and true. Any incorrect or misleading information may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.
- 3. Payment and Refund Policy
Once the payment is made, the conference fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Participants may, however, transfer the paid fee towards:
The next scheduled session of the conference, or
Any services offered by UniHawk Global.
In case UniHawk chooses to postpone or cancel the conference due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, and no new date is announced, participants will also be eligible for a full refund within 5-7 business days.
- 4. Venue and Schedule
The venue details will be shared with registered participants. However, UniHawk Global reserves the right to change the venue or schedule at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such change will be promptly communicated to participants.
- 5. Mentor Selection
All mentors are personally verified and shortlisted by UniHawk Global. They may be current students, graduates, or alumni of the mentioned institutions.
While the mentor list will be provided in advance, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- 6. Attendance and Certification
Participants must attend all days of the conference to be eligible for a Certificate of Participation.
In case a participant is unable to attend any day due to personal or medical reasons, they must inform the organizers in writing in advance.
- 7. General Terms
UniHawk Global reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at any time, ensuring all participants are informed accordingly.
By registering, participants agree to abide by all rules and policies outlined herein.
