1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in UniHawk FZ LLC (UniHawk) “Study in the UK” promotional offer (the “Promotion”), which provides eligible students with a UCAS fee waiver and flight reimbursement to their university in the United Kingdom.

This Promotion is a limited-time marketing offer providing eligible students with specific benefits. Participation does not guarantee receipt of any benefit unless all eligibility conditions and verification steps are fully satisfied.

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms in full. Participation in this Promotion is voluntary and subject to verification of eligibility by UniHawk.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Universities

• The Promotion is valid only for universities that are part of UniHawk’s official Partner University List. The Partner University List shall be as published and periodically updated by UniHawk on its official platforms.
• This Promotion is valid for applications submitted between Oct 25, 2025 and Mar 31, 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by UniHawk.
• The UCAS fee waiver and flight reimbursement do not apply to universities outside of UniHawk’s Partner University Network.

Student Status

• Open to all students, applying for admission through UniHawk for the 2026 academic intake, including both new applicants and existing UniHawk-enrolled students.

Offer Acceptance and Visa Approval

To qualify for the Promotion, the student must:

1. Have paid the university deposit;
2. Have received a confirmed offer and enrollment letter from the university; and
3. Have obtained a successful UK student visa outcome.

Important:

• Students who have already paid their university deposit and received a visa approval prior to engaging with UniHawk will not be eligible for this Promotion, as UniHawk would not be recorded as the official representative on their application.
• The student must not withdraw, defer, or cancel their enrollment prior to commencing studies, failing which UniHawk reserves the right to revoke or recover any benefit granted under this Promotion.
• UniHawk will determine eligibility based on its official student record and communication with the relevant university.

Agency Representation

• The student must be represented exclusively by UniHawk for their university application.
• Applications already submitted or tagged under another education agency are not eligible for this Promotion.
• UniHawk reserves the right to verify representation status directly with the university before approving any UCAS fee waiver or flight reimbursement.
• UniHawk may disqualify any student found to be represented by, or in communication with, another education agency for the same application. UniHawk’s decision on representation shall be final.

Proof of Eligibility

To claim the flight reimbursement, the student must submit:

• A copy of the visa vignette or visa approval letter;
• A copy of the university enrolment confirmation; and
• A copy of the purchased flight ticket.
• All qualifying documents must be submitted within 24 hours from receipt of visa approval to remain eligible.

3. Flight Reimbursement Conditions

Flight Details

• Reimbursement applies to one (1) direct, economy-class flight only and will be limited to a maximum of AED 3000 or the actual ticket cost, whichever is lower.
• The flight must originate from the student’s country of residence within the GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain) and arrive in the UK.
• Flights originating from the student’s country of citizenship (if different from residence) are not eligible.
• Claims for flight reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of travel date.
• Reimbursement cannot be transferred to another person or applied toward future travel.
• UniHawk may request proof of boarding or entry into the UK before processing reimbursement.
• UniHawk reserves the right to reject or delay any reimbursement where verification of eligibility or documentation is pending.
• UniHawk shall not be liable for any cancellation, loss, or change in travel arrangements.
• All documents must be submitted within 7 days of arrival in the UK or as otherwise specified by UniHawk. UniHawk may request to inspect original documents before processing reimbursement.

Class and Fare Type

• Only economy class tickets are eligible.
• Business class, premium, or multi-city itineraries will not be reimbursed.
• The student must provide a verifiable airline e-ticket and proof of payment showing the traveller’s name and travel date.

Reimbursement Method

• The reimbursement will be processed as a one-time payment after verification of all required documents.
• Payment will only be issued within 60 days once UniHawk has verified the student’s visa approval, confirmed enrolment, and validated the submitted flight documentation. UniHawk will not be responsible for any bank charges, delays, or transfer errors.

4. UCAS Fee Waiver

• The UCAS application fee will be fully waived for eligible students applying to UniHawk partner universities.
• This waiver applies once per student and only to UCAS applications submitted through UniHawk.
• If a student withdraws their application from UniHawk or transfers representation to another agency, the waiver will be revoked, and the student shall be responsible for any applicable fees.

5. General Terms

UniHawk reserves the right to:

• Verify the authenticity of all documents submitted;
• Withhold reimbursement or revoke eligibility if any false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided;
• Amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Additional conditions:

• This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• All reimbursements will be processed in AED or the equivalent local GCC currency at UniHawk’s discretion.
• Participation in this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and UniHawk’s general policies.
• UniHawk does not guarantee admission to any university or the issuance of a visa as part of this Promotion.
• UniHawk reserves the right to modify its Partner University List at any time without notice.
• By participating, students consent to UniHawk using their personal information for verification, processing the promotion benefits, and communicating updates related to the Promotion.
• UniHawk shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the student in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa refusals, or changes in university admission policies.
• UniHawk shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performing any obligation under this Promotion due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, airline disruptions, or visa processing delays.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United Arab Emirates**, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the **Dubai Courts**.
