Requirements

Student Travel & Tour Specialist – Learning Lab (UAE)
Overview
We are looking for a Student Travel & Tour Specialist to join our Learning Lab team in Dubai. The role involves designing, planning, and executing international and regional student tours that blend education, culture, adventure, and service-learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end student & group travel programs (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries).
- Liaise with schools and manage vendor/partner relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, child safeguarding, and travel guidelines.
- Oversee logistics and provide support during live trips.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align programs with academic goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel & tour management (student/group tours mandatory).

HR Generalist (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience who can support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with accounts/PRO for UAE & GCC Visa Processing.
- Assist in handling visas, work permits, and other government-related HR procedures.
- Manage online HR portal for attendance and leave tracking.
- HR correspondence & communications in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed In UAE & GCC
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven HR experience in the UAE & GCC
- Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent Communication in Arabic (spoken & written) and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
