UniHawk “Free Flight to the UK” – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in UniHawk’s Study in the UK promotional offer (the “Promotion”), which provides eligible students with a UCAS fee waiver and a flight reimbursement to their university in the United Kingdom.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Promotion, students must meet the following conditions:

Eligible Universities:

• The Promotion is valid only for universities that are part of UniHawk’s official partner university list.
• The UCAS fee waiver and flight reimbursement do not apply to universities outside of UniHawk’s partner network.

• Student Status:

• The Promotion is open to all students — both new applicants and existing UniHawk-enrolled students.

• Geographic Eligibility:

• This offer is valid only for residents of GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

• Offer Acceptance and Visa Approval:

• The student must have:
  • Paid the university deposit
  • Received a confirmed offer and enrollment letter from the university
  • Obtained a successful UK student visa outcome
  •  
  • Proof of Eligibility:

• To claim the flight reimbursement, the student must provide:
  • A copy of the visa vignette or visa approval letter
  • The university enrollment confirmation
  • A copy of the flight ticket purchased

3. Flight Reimbursement Conditions

Flight Details:

• The reimbursement applies to one (1) direct economy class flight only.
• The flight must be from the student’s country of residence in the GCC to the UK.
• Flights originating from the student’s country of citizenship (if different from residence) are not eligible.

• Class and Fare Type:

• Only economy class tickets are eligible.
• Business class or premium fares will not be reimbursed.

• Reimbursement Method:

• The reimbursement will be processed as a one-time payment after verification of all required documents.
• Payment will be made only upon submission of valid proof and confirmation of enrollment.

4. UCAS Fee Waiver

• The UCAS application fee will be waived in full for eligible students applying to partner universities through UniHawk.
• This waiver is applied once per student and only through applications submitted via UniHawk.

5. General Terms

• UniHawk reserves the right to:
  • Verify the authenticity of all documents submitted
  • Withhold reimbursement or revoke eligibility if any false or misleading information is provided
  • Amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice
• This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• All reimbursements will be processed in AED or the equivalent local GCC currency at UniHawk’s discretion.
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and UniHawk’s general policies.
