1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the UniHawk Oxbridge Club (the “Programme”), a selective mentorship programme designed to support eligible students in applying to the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge. By submitting an application to the Programme, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms in full. Participation is voluntary and subject to selection and verification by UniHawk.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Student Status
- The Programme is open to students currently enrolled in a school or educational institution who are targeting the 2027/2028/2029/20230 university intake at Oxford or Cambridge.
- Applications are accepted on an individual basis.
- A counsellor Letter of Recommendation from the applicant’s school is mandatory. Applications submitted without a valid LOR will not be considered.
Selection
- Limited students will be selected per cohort.
- Selection is merit-based and assessed by a panel of UniHawk counsellors and Oxbridge alumni.
- The selection committee’s decision will be considered as final. All applicants will be notified of their outcome.
3. Programme Participation
- Selected students are expected to actively participate in all the scheduled mentorship sessions.
- UniHawk reserves the right to remove students whose academic performance, conduct, or engagement falls below the expected standard.
- UniHawk reserves the right to amend programme content, structure, and timing without prior notice.
4. Brand Ambassador & Media Consent
By accepting a place in the Programme, selected students agree to:
- Represent UniHawk as a brand ambassador for the duration of the Programme and beyond;
- Support future UniHawk Oxbridge cohorts as a peer mentor;
- Participate in UniHawk-organised webinars, promotional events, and activities when requested;
- Be featured on UniHawk’s website, social media channels, and digital platforms, including in testimonials and interviews;
- Grant UniHawk permission to record, edit, and publish video testimonials, interviews, and programme-related content featuring the student.
Students who do not fulfil their ambassador obligations may be removed from the Programme.
5. Data Consent
By applying, all applicants consent to UniHawk collecting, storing, and using their personal and academic data for programme administration, selection, and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Programme Fees & Scholarships
Membership Fee
Participation in the UniHawk Oxbridge Club is subject to an annual membership fee of £200 GBP, payable upon selection into the Programme.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeline may result in forfeiture of the student’s place in the Programme.
Scholarships
UniHawk is committed to expanding access to talented students from diverse backgrounds. Partial and full scholarships may be awarded based on merit, need, leadership potential, diversity, and other factors determined by the selection committee.
We offer a variety of scholarships ranging from 20% to 100%, each designed to recognise a different dimension of student excellence and potential. Every scholarship category is awarded to one deserving student, making each award truly meaningful and competitive.
