Overview

We are looking for an Arabic Admissions Counselor to join our team at UniHawk Global. The role involves guiding students through their academic journey, supporting profile development, and assisting with the admissions process to help them secure admission into top universities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic counseling including course selection, strengths/weaknesses analysis, and time management training.
• Guide students on academic opportunities to enhance their university profile.
• Support students in building brag sheets, CVs, and cover letters.
• Research internships, research programs, volunteer work, and external courses.
• Assist students with applications to external programs and summer schools.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with students and parents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• 2–5 years’ experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or university admissions.
• Strong understanding of global higher education systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Arabic
• Strong organizational skills, empathy, and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
