HR Generalist (Arabic Speaker)


Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience who can support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  •  Coordinate with accounts/PRO for UAE & GCC Visa Processing.
  • Assist in handling visas, work permits, and other government-related HR procedures.
  • Manage online HR portal for attendance and leave tracking.
  •  HR correspondence & communications in both Arabic and English.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed In UAE & GCC
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven HR experience in the UAE & GCC
  • Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC Labor Law and HR best practices.
  •  Excellent Communication in Arabic (spoken & written) and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
