She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise across education, travel, and hospitality. She began her career in 2016 in the aviation industry, gaining experience in customer service, operations, and international travel coordination. Since 2018, she has worked in the education sector—starting as a personal coach for adult learners and later serving as a Student Service Manager, overseeing programs and events.
Currently, as a Student Tour Specialist at UniHawk, she plans and manages educational trips, fostering cultural exchange and meaningful global learning experiences for students.
